Titans defensive line coach Jim Washburn’s next defensive line project will likely be Jason Babin.
The Titans are expected to sign Babin to a one-year, $1 million offer sheet, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Babin isn’t a traditional restricted free agent, but he may as well be.
A provision in his last contract with the Eagles gives the team seven days to match any offer he signs. Philadelphia appears unlikely to do so.
Perhaps Babin read this article in the Tennessean before choosing the Titans. Washburn has a long history of helping his players get big contracts — away from Tennessee.
good signing…he did well with the Eagles when he came off the bench
he has some dope tattoos also (no florio)

Hahahaha unreal.
That article makes Jim Washburn sound like the NFL’s version of Broadway Danny Rose, haha…
