Jim Mora’s return to the sidelines won’t be for Belluvue High School in Seattle.
We passed along a one-liner Sunday that Bellevue’s coach said Mora would have a role with the team, but Mora clarified to Danny O’Neil of the Seattle Times he won’t be on the team’s coaching staff.
Any help Mora gives will be minimal and informal.
Mora is considering doing some broadcast work and has volunteered to work with the youth teams of his four children in various sports.
Seahawks owner Paul Allen will pay Mora handsomely to do it all.
well in my opinion that sucks
I am guessing this article is referring to Jim Mora Jr? I was confused while reading this article until I got to the Seahawks part at the end. Let’s make sure we distinguish the 2 men. Jim Mora Senior was alot cooler and alot more successful.
Well, he didn’t coach last year in Seattle either, so where’s the news here?
What did they do; Watch some game film from last year, and realize he doesn’t have a clue?
That improves the school’s chance of having a winning season next year.
PLAYOFFS?!?
Mora,
You should go coach at WSU, they are just like a high-school team!!
Not enough “dirt bags” on the team.
Though the article refers to him as Jim Mora, Rosenthal is correct that it is Jim Mora Jr, and should have referenced him as Jim Mora Jr.
Bellevue High School is in Bellevue, not Seattle. They’re actually two completely different cities separated by a lake.
Coincidentally Bellevue is where I live, and I never thought I’d see my city mentioned on PFT!
