Pete Carroll’s crew added a player Wednesday that should cost a little less than Charlie Whitehurst.
Quinton Ganther signed with the Seahawks, according to Ganther’s agent David Canter.
The former Redskins running back will compete for a roster spot as a reserve and special teamer.
Great pickup Hawks, NOT!!
Better take C.J. SPILLER with #6
Maybe I can come out of retirement the way this is going!! Anyone need a 32yr. old out of shape RB, It will only cost you a couple of bottles of Jack Daniels!!
Wow. What a great week to be a Hawks fan. I got to spend $1500 on season tickets because they raised the prices and were due last Friday. Then I get Chris Baker, Matt McCoy, Chris Clemon, Charlie Whitehurst….and now Ganther. What a season it will be!!!
Locker in 2011!!!
Kim and I can’t wait til the big deal is done this weekend …everyone will be shocked…
Hey, Coach see you in a few days….
Good pickup…Pete
Ganther looked like he could be a good running back to me in his short time in washington. The games where the line played decent he was quite capable.
Ganther is a good guy to have on your team as a #2 or #3 guy and solid special teamer with great attitude/toughness…
he consistently out-played LenWhale and Chris Henry in Titans camp every year, for what that’s worth…
Shouldn’t take much for him oust Orange Julius from the team. THAT would make this a great move.
But Laracco you forgot all about Ruvell Martin!
