Maybe they should just put it up to vote on a referendum. The citizens would probably vote heavily in favor of keeping the Bucs off of the TV.

Most teams have trouble selling tickets when they suck. Especially in this economy. This is an opportunity for some Bucs season ticket holders to upgrade their seats.

GoBrowns19, You must think that I root for a team in Florida and in the imoortal words of anyone outside of Ohio – WRONG! Hell, the team that I root for puts 20,000 people in a cattle pen in their new stadium and hold the NFL record for attendance.
You’d have to be a complete moron to believe that the Browns are ever headed to the Super Bowl, given the talent that they’ve had year after year and I know for a fact that there are many of the fans of that team that aren’t that stupid.

While the economy has probably kept many people from attending games (in Tampa and everywhere else), it seems like the bigger issue is the perception that the Bucc’s owner isn’t willing to spend the money necessary to field a competitive team. So, why would the fans want spend their hard earned money and get nothing in return?
