CHP officer who busted Porter under investigation for brutality

Cardinals linebacker Joey Porter claims that the officer who arrested him on Saturday crossed the line. And Porter has said enough to launch an internal investigation.

According to TMZ, authorities with the California Highway Patrol are investigating Porter’s allegation of police brutality.

Specifically, Porter contends that the officer manhandled Porter, “striking” him in the face.

The officer reportedly pointed his pistol at Porter, after Porter emerged from his vehicle and began approaching the officer.

Porter was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest, and assault on a peace officer.
