IF the Stadium is built, there WILL be (PSL) personal seat licenses … it is one of the ways that the 49ers are requiring the City of Santa Clara to raise the money to pay off the $330 MILLION BBB- bond! And the loan from the 49ers at 8.5% interest too. You see, not only is the City providing $114 million but will have to find (oops, meant finance) $330 MILLION in low grade, BBB- bonds AND the stadium WILL divert $67 MILLION from the City’s general fund too!
In short … the City of Santa Clara and the 49er fans are going to take it in the shorts to get the pleasure of having a stadium.
So, in conclusion … VOTE NO on Measure J … it is a huge risk to Santa Clara taxpayers AND will only guarantee benefits to the Yorks!! IF the Yorks want a new stadium so bad — pay for the damn thing yourselves and get off our back!! We, like you, are not in the stadium business! Go find a sucker somewhere else to build your white elephant.
Yorks/49ers … GO AWAY … and Vote No on Measure J.

I don’t know anything about Santa Clara….but do you know what an NFL franchise can do for a small city? They would more than get back their 100 mil by having the 9ers in town 8+ times a year.

If the voters of Santa Clara have any sense they will vote no on this thing. 49ers want 100 million dollars of Santa Clara’s tax payers money. Santa Clara is a small city they don’t owe the 49ers nothing and cant afford to be giving the 49ers 100 million of their hard earned tax dollars. 49ers aren’t Santa Clara’s financial responsibility and shouldn’t give the 49ers a dime.

The Raiders will never share anything with Butt Jockeys from Frisco.
The Raiders front office knows the bill in Santa Clara will fail.
Hence —leaving the 49ers with no new stadium and at the mercy of the Raiders, in which the Raiders will tell them politely to GFT…..
The 49ers are perfect for Los Angeles.
Stick a “LA” on the helmet instead of the “SF” and you have a winner..

I don’t care where the stadium is built, I love the idea of having a 50-Foot Dwight Clark in a photo of “the Catch”.
The 49ers are footing a huge portion of the cost, there’s no way this gets voted “nay”. As a San Francisco fan, I can’t care less if the stadium is shared with the Raiders. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the Jets/Giants, other than coin toss arguments.

Santa Clara is maybe 35 miles away from SF and Oakland mutually and its right at the bottom of the bay inlet….it’s the best option for both the niners and oakland. Neither team will like playing in the others’ city so if both teams agree an extra 60-75 miles a day on their cars is worth it they should be pushing for this thing completely.
I live in Utah where the MLS team Real Salt Lake plays in a suburb called Sandy thats 20 miles South of downtown Salt Lake and everyone still happy calls them RSL….Not too mention pretty much every league has at least 1 pair of teams that plays for the same city or in the same stadium and has to deal with it.

Pretty much right at the bottom on the bay. This has to do with the A’s moving south as well (San Jose). Geography is a hell of a drug.

GoBrowns19- Santa Clara is about 35 miles south of SF, so it’s still in the Bay. Both teams would keep their City’s names just like the Cowgirls in Irvine TX.
