Usama Young will sign his tender on Thursday

The parade of restricted free agents who have signed their tender offers continues.

On Thursday, a Saints safety will place the name “Usama Young” on the dotted line of his contract, according to James Varney of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Young, a third-round pick in 2007, has appeared in 44 career games with three starts.

(See?  I truly am capable of writing up one of these blurbs without a smartass remark.)

What were you going to do Florio? Call him Usama bin Laden?

Doesn’t count because it’s not a Raider “blurb.” Do that and maybe we’ll have a slight bit of respect for your “reporting” skills.

Only because it is getting late and you’re probably very tired.

In the SuperBowl Jabari Greer came out for one play and Usama Young went in for him. BOOM! Peyton goes right at him and throws his only TD of the night!

Make the trade for 2 first round picks and I’m calling Steelers vs. Rams in the SB 2011.
Rams get the best QB in the league and the Steelers stack up on first round picks to an already great defense.

Hey bergthe1st – the Saints trounced the Colts, did you get the memo?
Also, Usama Young is not a cornerback, he’s a safety. He was covering for a position he’s not very good at.
BTW, not to be redundant, but did you catch the scoreboard in the Super Bowl? Saints 31, Colts 17.
