The New York Jets will host the Cincinnati Bengals in prime time on Thanksgiving, the NFL announced today.
It was first reported last month that the Jets would host a Thanksgiving game at the new stadium they’re sharing with the Giants, but it wasn’t until today that we learned the Bengals would be the opponent. The game will begin at 8:20 p.m. Eastern on NFL Network.
As previously reported, the Detroit Lions will host the New England Patriots in the early afternoon Thanksgiving game and the Dallas Cowboys will host the Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints in the late afternoon game.
Finally some games that might be worth watching on Turkey day.
This could turn out to be a really good Thanksgiving or a horrible one..
what a way to close out the thanksgiving holiday. the jets stomping the bengals into the ground, AGAIN
The jets will not stomp many teams this year the sooner you accept that you can get on with your life hellrelle.
Awesome!!! Looking forward to it.
We will lure Rex away from the sidelines with a turkey. The game is in the bag.
bengals4real, Say all you want about not getting stomped, it’s going to happen.
It’ll be Deja Vu all over again. Didn’t Cinci lose the last time?
GO STEELERS!
@klytus yeah the Bengals did lose in the playoffs. Who did your squeelers lose to in the playoffs? Oh thats right they didn’t even make it.
Suh’s gonna have Brady for Thanksgiving.
The playoff game was closer than you guys remember. 24-14 with our kicker missing 2 easy field goals. Antonio Bryant is a HUGE upgrade over Coles. And CedBen did run for a buck-sixty against your D. I dont see this being a blowout by any stretch. Even on your turf.

yeah it’s payback time for the green airplanes.its gonna crash and burn in the hudson and sexy rexy will be too filled with gravy to do anything about it.
The Jets will not beat the Bengals again! The only reason you did before was a lack of a passing game. That won’t be the case this time! Besides Rex Ryan will be so bloated from Thanksgiving dinner he’ll have to carted on and off the field. Which bring up a question that’s bugging everyone in the AFC. Which one of you guys wipes his ass for him or is there some sort of rotation or something?? Lord knows he not doing it on his own. That guy needs his own zip code! WOW! You guys may have to suit him up to stop Ced…….
Well at least the Pats playing at 12:30 PM on Thanksgiving will give me a few more hours of not having to leave the house to go to the in laws…
This will be a good game no doubt.
We will know more as the season progresses. I am curious to see if all the FA has beens the Jets have picked up will actually be worth a damn.
Also interested to see how the Cincy passing game will evolve.
All I know is that it will be a great Defensive game except for Cedric Benson lighting up for another 170!
GO BENGALS!!!
