Texans undrafted free agents

The Texans have had some success in the past with players who played multiple positions in college -- Connor Barwin and James Casey -- and are trying once more with one of their undrafted free agent signings.

Isaiah Greenhouse played linebacker and was a special teams standout at Northwestern State, but the Texans are hoping that he can transition to fullback in the NFL. The Saints reportedly also liked Greenhouse’s versatility and offered him a tryout, but not a contract, at both positions. Whatever position winds up next to his name, that special teams work figures to be Greenhouse’s best route to an NFL career.

The other undrafted free agents joining the Texans are wide receiver Tony Stross, Iowa; quarterback Tyler Sheehan, Bowling Green; fullback Jack Corcoran, Rutgers; wide receiver London Crawford, Arkansas; tackle/tight end Steve Maneri, Temple; tackle Adam Ulatoski, Texas; tackle Kristaim Matte, Concordia; tackle Cole Pemberton, Colorado State; defensive end Mitch Unrein, Wyoming; linebacker Will Patterson, Indiana; cornerback Pierre Singfield, Arizona State; safety Aaron Webster, Cincinnati and safety Nick Polk of Indiana.
