That’s hilarious, McDaniels.
You just lost one of your two best players, after you drafted a bible thumper who throws like a 15-year-old, and traded away most of your best players for kids coming off of injuries.
I’ll be laughing my head off when they announce your firing in a couple years.

To all those jumping on the bash McDaniels bandwagon and suggesting he is going to deal Clady, get a life. All the players he has dealt away had attitude problems and in some cases (Marshall) other issues that lead to their being shipped out of town. Clady doesn’t have any of that and won’t be dealt any time soon.
As for him cracking up after saying the injury report comes out in september, what do you want the guy to do. Nobody died here and he doesn’t have a definitive timetable for Clady’s return since he just had the sugery. He was trying to make light of a troubling situation not laughing at the fact that Clady got hurt.

Duude, I’m sorry but McDaniels would be out of his mind trading away his pro bowl left tackle. Especially one who’s only a few years into the league. That is a premium position in the NFL. If you can draft someone who plays at HIS level, you keep him on your team for the next decade to anchor your offensive line. That said, it’s looking like there were four elite players on the roster when McDaniels showed up, in Cutler, Marshall, Dumervil, and Clady (I’d say Champ too, but he isn’t getting any younger). He’s already dealt half of them. I hope this guy knows what he’s doing.

That is precisely what he has done to the Broncos, he is the quintessential do as you’re told and fall in line colossal short prick. Yes he may be running the Broncos as he thinks the organization should be run, but he has run off Pro Bowl talent because his inexperience in personnel management & his huge ego got in the way of his supposed mantra, “team first”. If he actually acted as he preaches he wouldn’t have benched Marshall & Scheffler when a playoff was on the line.
He missed on numerous draft choices last year, his play calling is less than stellar and he’s arrogant with no track record to support his arrogance like his mentor Bellicheck, who has actually accomplished something to make his arrogance more tolerable.
He may have balls but then so did that Chinese guy in Tiannamen Square that stopped the tanks, only to be spirited away by Chinese authorities and never heard from again. At this point there are many Broncos fans that might wish McDaniels the same fate.

Marshall might be a thug, but he’s a 100 catch thug.
With Marshall gone, Clady is easily Denver’s best player. I bet Orton doesn’t think it’s as funny as McDaniels does.

Speaking of which, I’ve been out to the Denver Post’s site and seen the usual array of jackasses swaying way off-topic to either bash or stroke each other. It’s amazing – Broncos fans used to be a savvy group. Those days are gone.
