Saints lawsuit could get interesting soon

When former Saints director of security Geoff Santini sued the team for constructive discharge, alleging that G.M. Mickey Loomis tried to cover up the theft of Vicodin by two senior staff members, the two senior staff members weren’t named.

Word is quickly spreading regarding the identities of the two senior staff members, and we believe that the two names inevitably will be reported.  (Possibly by us.)

There’s also a chance the team will affirmatively be disclosing the names.

So stay tuned.

this is not an interesting story…
florio, you need to get over the NFC title game before the men in white coats come for you

this is the most uninteresting lawsuit ive heard of in a while. however, a comment left by someone yesterday regarding your 32942309823th article about the dez bryant “scandal” has changed my tune. Florio, i appreciate the fact that while you aspire to create the TMZ of football blogs, obsessed with every little detail about matters of the NFL significant or insignificant (or downright stupid), AT LEAST your site is updated frequently at a time when other football news sites struggle to come up with news. if readers like me dont want to read the article, we should just not click on the link. Florio, thank you. that is all
    kenny

So. Do you know how many people in this country are addicted to pain meds? Including Grandpa qb in minny.

    This franchise is a joke

This could get ugly. The “theft” is bad enough, but the cover-up will be the worst offense. I’m guessing the two senior staff members are part of the coaching staff. Don’t know that for sure, though.

Is it that hottie, Rita Benson? Going to run some swimsuit photos along with your story?
Is it true that all hot girls take drugs, and try to have sex with Steeler qb’s?

But the NFL may block the release of those names for fear that it may ruin the feel good atmosphere of the Super Bowl & people might remember Katrina & be sad.

Too bad it didn’t make many of you any smarter. Move out of the swamp, guys. Surrounded by water + below sea level in a hurricane zone = begging for your family to die or at least have your lives ruined.

Well, if nothing else this should reduce the number of Dez Bryant/prostitue mom/pimp dad/feelings hurt by Dolphins stories that have been wasting bandwidth for the last few days!

I mentioned to a friend while watching the draft that Sean looked pretty fried on narcotics–and this was before the news came out.
That said, these things happen and I do not think it is the end of the world. It is very easy to get hooked on this stuff and addicts/victims are deserving of compassion and support.

    Hey Vox,
Do you have evidence that New Orleans is under sea level, thumb dick, or do you just take what Glenn Beck tells you as the gospel truth?

Why in the world would anyone read this site if not for these type of posts, it’s what makes PFT unique. ESPN would be glad to have you as a reader if this isn’t your cup of tea.
