Apparently former NFL running back Corey Dillon is trying to make a comeback, with his original team.
The Bengals.
Less than two weeks after Dillon was arrested for DUI, he has been busted for spousal abuse. According to TMZ, the arrest came Saturday night at his home in Calabasas, California.
The assault allegedly occurred during an argument between Dillon and his wife regarding a pending divorce, and issues relating to child custody. He was held on $50,000 bail, but he has since been released.
Dillon spent 10 seasons in the NFL. From 1997 through 2003, he played for the Bengals. During his final three seasons, Dillon played for the Patriots, winning one Super Bowl ring.
With 11,241 career rushing yards, Dillon ranks 17th on the all-time list, five yards more than another retired player who knows a thing or two about alleged spousal abuse and multiple arrests.
How come the Bengals have to be brought up in this? We haven’t had any major issues in a long while. Seriously man, this is F’d up. The steelers took our crown. We will never claim that bum Dillon. He’s an ass and always will be.

Exhibit A: This offseason’s pickup of convicted fellon, and lockeroom cancer; Matt Jones.
Exhibit B: Even entertaining the possibility of adding Pacman Jones.
Exhibit C: The “strict” 12-strikes and your out policy surrounding Chris Henry.
Exhibit D: Last years first round pick driving drunk and crashing his car with two drunk 16 year-olds in the car.
Exhibit E: Odell Thurman (nuff said)
Exhibit F: Rewarding Larry Johnson after spitting on women multiple times in bars and being a complete a**hole to his teamates and after nobody else wanted him.
Exhibit G: Rewarding Tank Williams after getting cut by the Bears for taking a trunk load of un-registered weapons to a night club.
No team will ever do dysfunction better than the Bengals.

Firstly, Matt Jones was never convicted of a felony. He went to rehab and had his conviction overturned.
Secondly, Pacman Jones is a terrible corner regardless if he is a criminal or not (in which he has also never been convicted)
