Last week, former NFL quarterback Mike Tomczak was charged with assault after a domestic dispute. Today, the charges were withdrawn at a preliminary hearing.
“The comment Mike has asked me to make is that this is a private matter between the Tomczaks,” Tomczak’s lawyer, Robert Del Greco Jr, told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “He is relieved that these charges are now terminated and that he can move on.”
Tomczak remains prohibited from entering the residence he shares with his wife, due to the entry last week of a “temporary protection from abuse” order.
