muhangis, I do have an idea based on what the prosecution has said. Obviously, I wasn’t there and I don’t have a verbatim quote so I absolutely am speculating. But it is informed speculation.
According to the SF Gate: “Taylor told investigators that after ‘engaging in sex acts’ with the victim, he paid her $300 in cash, the complaint says.”

Obviously, more details will come out. But at this point it certainly appears that the police will say LT made a damaging admission.

She could be an accomplice in the kidnapping charges brought against the pimp. That doesn’t make her credible, though. And it doesn’t explain why she is now coming forward. And there is no reason why she would have been in the car if she wasn’t an accomplice.
But the biggest problem with this defense is that LT did not tell the police this when they talked to him. If he didn’t have sex with her you would think he would have told them that.
This shows what a moron LT’s lawyer is as well. He should have shut the eff up rather than go on shows and say one thing and then not answer any follow up questions. If LT just yanked it, why not say it then. It’s very hard to believe.
