With the teams convening to practice at OTAs all week, the first rookie signings are beginning to pop up around the league.
The 49ers announced the signing of seventh-round pick Phillip Adams, a cornerback from South Carolina State. He was all first-team MEAC.
If Adams gets mentioned again on PFT anytime soon, that will mean he’s exceeding expectations. Or it will mean he just really screwed up.
