As a starter he’s not a playmaker or a solid player. He’ll give you some good downs but can be exposed if the opposing offense gets him into matchups that he physically and mentally can not handle. (ie, covering a TE, taking on a lineman in space).

Your thinking the 4-3 with the Mike being the only inside ILB. In the 3-4 there are two ILB’s, the Mike and the Sam.
The Mike is usually the run stuffer that goes and attacks the line while the Sam is more free flowing in open space.
Buffalo already has two good Sams in Pozluszny and Mitchell, but only one good Mike in Davis. Meaning that unless Buffalo wants to relie on Arthur Moats being the primary Mike backup, they need ne more Mike.
So basicly what nickholt87 was asking was “is Torbor a Mike or a Sam?” And judging by his size (245 lbs) and his sacks, I’d say Torbor is a Mike.
