The Bills’ already shaky offensive line took another hit Saturday morning.
Fifth-round pick Ed Wang, who’s been practicing at left tackle during Organized Team Activities, suffered a potentially serious leg injury on the practice field, according to Mark Gaughan of the Buffalo News.
The Bills are already minus projected starting left tackle Demetrius Bell, who is recovering from a torn ACL. Second-year lineman Jamon Meredith, who couldn’t make the Packers’ roster out of training camp last year, has been standing in on quarterbacks Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick’s blind sides.
Wang’s injury is to his left leg. He had to be carted off the field and helped into the training room.
Coach Chan Gailey is expected to address the injury after the Bills’ afternoon practice.
UPDATE: Early indications are that Wang suffered only a high ankle sprain. MRI results, however, are not yet available.

As a Bills fan…. This is not the kinda news I was looking to hear today… Horrible news
If it wasn’t for bad luck, the Bills would have no luck! Last year they lost more players to IR than any other team in the NFL and now the injuries are already starting all over again.
I hate when my Wang goes down.
So…Wang joins an offensive line with Levitre and Wood?
How many phallic references do they need?
New headline, “Despite presence of Levitre, Wang goes down”
This comment area is about to turn very homoerotic
everywhere gailey turns around he was a wang in his face
…and so it begins. Seriously, I’ve been a Bills fan for over 30 years and never seen so much bad luck, bad moves, bad coaching as I have in the past 10. Did someone put a curse on them?
Wang should change his name to something less mockable… like Cack.
are you sure it wasn’t his wang wang?
“Wang goes Limp” would have been a more appropriate headline.
No homo?
It’s going to be a lost season anyways. Might as well go for #1 (overall in the draft)
So now Ozzie Newsome is waiting for the call from the Bills organization saying “okay, I know before we didn’t wanna give you ANYTHING for Gaither, but now, we are ready to make a deal happen…”

It’s the Flutie Curse at work.
“Wang”
“Goes down”
Seriously, guys?
I think there’s medication for that.
Levitre + Wang = Wood
Maybe C. J. Spiller can play Tackle??

Scott Norwood.

It’s called the curse of Doug Flutie.
It’s funny because wang is a synonym for penis in some cultures.
Did someone put a curse on them?

Its a good thing the Bills drafted a 3rd down running pack in the first round.
Nothing worse than when your Wang gets hurt
Whenever I heard Wang I thought of Caddyshack and Rodney Dangerfield.
Imagine Mr. Wang (no offense) blocking for the Bills!
