The AFC West would be more competitive if the Sacramento Mountain Lions were in the division instead of the Raiders.
The Raiders are a better fit for the UFL.

I’m sorry Culpepper… We did you wrong…Played you too soon..gave up on you too soon also. If we had let you sit and heal longer who knows. Instead you were forced to try and prove it on losers like the raiders and lions. One of the betters in nfl history before the injury. Just the facts. That is all.

You have to acknowledge his love for the game. He could have gotten a NFL back up gig for better money but he wants to play.
How many other past and CURRENT vikes QBs can prove they continue for the love of the game and not for the money?

It’s amazing how you Culpepper apologists go out of your way to try to downplay Moss’ contributions. Without Moss, Culpepper’s QB rating was 98.9 but with him, it was 116.2. He averaged 321.6 yards per game with him, 235.8 without; 2.7 TD pass with him, 1.8 without. Burleson caught more passes per game BUT averaged fewer yards per reception and Robinson’ numbers went down across the board.

For those of you inclined to knock the UFL, keep this in mind: It might be all we have in 2011.

Here in Ontrario, Sunday gun hunting is now legal in most jusisdictions. If the NFL strikes, I’ll simply be spending more time in the woods. I have about as much interest in the UFL as I do the CFL and NHL; that is, none whatsoever.

Rosenthall has Culpepper slated as a mid second round pick in most UFL Fantasy Mock Drafts with standard scoring!
Can’t help but wonder if he’ll still do that ridiculous rotating arm gesture when he does well playing on a Junior Varisity team….
