Jets fans, please come down from the window sill. Everything is going to be fine.
Darrelle Revis returned to work on Tuesday, even though the Jets are still in the middle of voluntary OTA work. Revis was reportedly “unhappy and disappointed” with the Jets’ first contract offer to him, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. The deal reportedly include no “fully guaranteed” money.
Even though a deal isn’t believed to be anywhere close to fruition, Revis’ attendance on Tuesday is a sign he won’t become a problem for the team. If he’s at voluntary work, it’s a safe bet he will be at mandatory minicamp next week as well.
