Report: Brandon Underwood could be charged with solitication of prostitution

As expected, Packers cornerback Brandon Underwood won’t be charged with sexual assault.
As not previously contemplated, Underwood could be charged with solicitation of prostitution.

The latest report comes from Bill Michaels WTMJ in Milwaukee.

According to Michaels, Underwood met the two women who would later claim sexual assault at a “Gentleman’s Club” named Chubby’s.  He allegedly solicited one or both to return to the condo where he and other members of the team were staying.

And so while an “encounter” between Underwood and one of the women was taking place, the other woman tried to rob him.

When the theft was discovered, the women were thrown out — and then they cried rape.

As previously reported, the women initially said they were assaulted by multiple players while being held down by other players.  Then, they changed their story, claiming that Underwood assaulted them.

If Underwood ultimately is convicted of or pleads guilty to solicitation of prostitution, he likely would be disciplined by the league office, pursuant to the Personal Conduct Policy.

So there’s proof he was looking to pay them for sex?
Or does being robbed by two women you just had sex with make them prostitutes?

Word is also coming out that he wasn’t the only Packer involved. This could get very interesting.

LMAO…..get’s rolled by a hooker, and all she wanted was money for “her two front teeth”. They must have some classy hookers in Wisconsin . As an aside, I guess this pokes a few doubts in the rest of the players “I’m a standup guy” reputation as they were all at a stripper’s club and how many of them are married?

If the story happened as you have stated, these women should be charged with false accusation of rape, theft and prostitution. It is because of women like this that real victims of rape have more doubt than they should cast upon them.

  24. JCD says: Jun 8, 2010 2:15 PM

Wait, let me see if I have all the facts straigt:
    1. He picks up two strippers from a strip club and takes them back to his place.
    2. He has sex with at least one of them and the other one tries to rob him.
    3. The women accuse him of rape but then they are proven to be liars.
Seems to me that none of this constitutes prostitution. As long as Underwood never said he agreed to pay them (their word is worth about as much as you would pay to get the clap!), then how do you prove prostitution? Taking a stripper home and having sex with her isn’t in any shape or form prostitution.

You are 100% correct. Everytime someone talks about how these establishments victimize women, I contend that they in fact victimize men….draining their wallets and making drooling fools out of them. The women work there by choice and the majority of them enjoy it….they’re exhibitionists by trade for crying out loud! The young Packer players dodged one this time…next time maybe not so lucky.
