In this particular case Ben will never heal his broken image. The countless stories that came out that detail just how much of an ass this guy is coupled with the allegations are too much. People will always see this guy as a predator. Now it is just a show he is putting on.

I recently saw 3 local interviews that Ben gave to KDKA and another TV station, I believe it was. He mentioned that he wanted to become a husband and father eventually and that some of his fan mail was even encouraging him to do that but Ben commented that God had to send the right person and it was something that could not be forced. I wonder if Ben is dating Natalie Gublis? I have heard that he still is and that he had ben spotted on more occasions than one in PA with Natalie. I wonder if Ben feels he can get married to Natalie and that would rebuild his reputation and image. Just a thought.
I personally don’t think that his image can totally be rebuilt due to the Reno, Nevada and GA case. I always thought that Andrea McNulty was a Golddigger in the Reno case but I read on the internet that not only did she not want to be pregnant by Ben but she even purchased the RU pill that gets read of pregnancy that you take the day after. If Andrea can prove that she might have a case. In fact, that might be the reason the Judge will not drop the civil suit. Ben wanted a change of venue but the judge denied that.
Ben also said in one of those interviews that I saw that he was chomping at the bit to tell what happened in the GA Case but he cannot do that because the Reno Case is still hanging.
I wonder if the girl in the GA case name was Amber Hanley? If you check out http://www.twitter.com there is an Amber Hanley from Middledgeville, GA that is quite attractive. However I also heard that Amber Hanley was there that night but she was not the accuser. Does anyone know?
It’s going to be a Long Difficult Appologetic Year for Ben and the Steelers, but Good Luck Guys! I wish you the best.

Unfortunately, IF Ben stays clean – and I think that’s a big IF since he is unwilling to change his lifestyle – this will be forgotten soon enough.
Look at Marv Albert – not a rapist but a real perv and back broadcasting in relatively short order.
Most Pittsburgh fans already could give a shit if their QB is a rapist as long as he can toss the rock.
It’s a problem with sports and society. We tend to let athletes get away with whatever they want as long as they perform.
If Ben were your big, drunk, loud, obnoxious neighbor – working the graveyard at 7-11 – you’d hate his guts and that would be WITHOUT him being a rapist (allegedly).

A couple of local interviews does not a changed life make. This is going to be an ongoing process. People don’t change overnight. Ben has to change his perspective on life values. On people and what he wants out of his life. I still think he should marry Natalie Gulbis.

Since I happen to know the victim (remember, that is what the DA said of her) and her friends, I believe justice was not served in Milledgeville. The intial cop on the case was prejudiced (why he was forced to quit), subsequent cops on the case were inept (failed to immediately secure the area in the bar), the bar owner was covering his ass (mysteriously over-recorded tapes and bleach washed restroom) and the off-duty cops with Ben were corrupt (selective memory). It wasn’t the first time our imperfect legal system has failed, and it won’t be the last. Ben needs to go (to jail would be nice, but I already addressed why that won’t happen anytime soon). When he is gone, I will once again become a Steelers fan. Oh, one more thing, the victim (that word again) asked the DA not to prosecute because she just couldn’t stand the public embarassment (not many young or even older women could).
