The delay in the shooter turning himself in was caused by prolonged negotiations between the agent for the shooter and Vick’s representatives. Details of the agreement have just been leaked exclusively to PFB (pro football bull****) -
In exchange for not implicating Vick, the shooter shall recieve:
-a $50,000 bonus
-two eagles season tickets (refundable in cash if Vick is cut/traded in training camp or cartons of cigarettes if the shooter gets sent to the big house)
-a lifetime supply of surplus “Bad Newz Kennels” apparel
-a year’s worth of free car washes to be performed by Marcus Vick
-a signed copy of Vick’s book “Organized Crime Rings for Dummies”
-an hour at the firing range with Marvin Harrison
-front row seats at a racial tolerance seminar to be co-hosted by BlondBlueDevils and famucancer, and…
-a management position in the dog fighting operation Vick will set up after he is out of the league with the 5 million he will steal from the Eagles this year.

It showed a lot of maturity for Vick to walk away from a pie in the face, or whatever it was his cousin threw at him. The haters will say he hasn’t changed, but I see this incident as showing excellent self control.
