Only the stupid jests would have a pro-bowl tackle playing on ST and trying to block punts. I kind of doubt Miami, for one second, expects Marshall to play on ST so I’m sure he knows the score. Every day the jests give me a good laugh!!!!!!!

Why would a professional team do that to screw over one of their best players that was clamoring for a new contract? At least Marshall is still making the big bucks while D’Brick will still be one of the loewest paid at his position when all is said and done. Revis will be next. You’re hilarious!!!!!

You are a serviceable, solid player who deserves a fair amount of compensation, not an amount that would suggest you are a part-owner of the team. You have to handed to the Jets, they did their homework and took advantage of the situation. But you have to wonder if this will backfire on them. With three other key players looking for new contracts, if their agents are wise enough to learn from this this could make life difficult for the Jets. Specially when one of the players is their best player.

Another case where it looks like the contract was written to maximize the agent’s future earnings, rather than the players. This system sucks. These agents, aided in some cases by ex-players, have these kids working for them.
