The Houston Texans have their seventh-round pick in the fold.
John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans have agreed to terms with Dorin Dickerson, whom they selected with the 227th overall pick in the draft.
Dickerson was widely viewed as a steal in the seventh round because he was one of the combine’s top workout warriors, leading all tight ends with a 4.40-second 40-yard dash and a 42-inch vertical jump. He also impressed with a 10-foot, five-inch broad jump and 24 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.
However, it’s not clear what the best position for Dickerson in the NFL is. He played tight end in college at Pittsburgh, but at 226 pounds he’s undersized for the position in the NFL and may line up more at wide receiver.

Marquis Colston anyone?
Kubiak has him playing exclusively at WR in otas and minicamp. They basically told him to follow Andre around and do what he does.
This guy is going to be the steal of the draft if they keep him at receiver and let him develop. He is also fast and string enough to be a special teams demon for a few years.
