That is the thing about ‘guarenteed’, there is no ‘if’. Once there is an ‘if’, it is not guarenteed.

If the agents and players think the teams are going to bend on this issue without a new CBA in place they are nuts. They need to accept the current marketplace and do the best deal they can under its limitations, otherwise their 1st round picks will end up not playing this year and getting a hell of a lot less after they re-enter the draft and go to a team under a rookie wage scale.
