Browns rookies report, but three aren't signed

On Monday, Browns coach Eric Mangini expressed optimism regarding the possibility that all of the team’s draft picks will be signed before Friday, the day on which they report in advance of training camp.

But Friday has arrived, and three of the rookies have not yet been signed.

First-round cornerback Joe Haden, second-round safety T.J. Ward, and second-round running back Montario Hardesty don’t have contracts.  Per the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the team was working as of Thursday night to get them signed.

Their presence isn’t critical; camp doesn’t open until next week.  Still, today’s the day the season begins for the rookies — and a trio of fairly important draft picks may not be present.

I think Ward and Hardesty will be in by Saturday or Sunday

if names mean anything in football … those three have very solid football names … imagine, “and T.J. Ward with the HUGE hit on Chad Ochocinco incomplete pass!” it just sounds good.

Well at least they are showing good faith and are present at camp…

dont care about the browns… all this means to me is the first players have officially began to report to training camps and its FOOTBALL season again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a 5th round prospect in T.J. Ward to not have signed a 2nd round deal yet is laughable.

More like: “…and Joe Haden gets burned by the Bengals for their third touchdown in the first half!”

All this means is that the staph infections in Berea will skyrocket and that this is just a warm up to having the 3rd, 4th, or 5th pick in next year’s draft.

No way J.T. Sullivan throws 3 touchdowns against the Browns. Palmer will be hurt or ineffective for at least one game against the Browns.

Ravenmuscle! I see you’re back from “time out.”
Try to be a good little boy from now on.

any browns fan that thinks they will beat the Bengals even once is in typical pre season rose glasses mode.
Bengals could start 9 defenders and still be better than the Browns.

In years past, the unsigned picks didn’t show up…the fact that they are in Berea ready to go is a good sign.
My expectations are reasonable…get somewhere near .500 this year, make wise personnel decisions in the off-season (assuming that there is one), and then get ready to compete in 2011.

Trickbunny, that’s more like it. You hit the nail on the head.
I go to the Raven (former Browns) posts, too and rarely see the sad little Ravenmuscle there. Yet, he goes into great detail about our city to try and stir us up.
If he were really in the Baltimore area, he would be throwing his tantrums on the Colts site.
Sad that he has to come here for attention. I can only imagine what his home life must be like.

As a Browns fan watching TJ Ward highlights, I’m more excited about him then Haden. Youtube this guy and you’ll be impressed, he wrecks fools all over the field. Its like someone forgot to tell him he’s only 5’10 205, he plays like he’s 6’3 250.
The reason he slid in the draft was due to injury, not talent. This guy is fearless, he attacks the line of scrimmage with the same ferocity that Florio attacks hair spray. I’d like to see him signed ASAP, he could be a big part of the turn around.

Did you ever think Ravenmuscle might be related to the Attack Raven….Bwaahaahaahaa

I See that little Bone smoking cum burper ravens muscle is back to running his cum dumpster again. but like alot of people have notice you dont ever see this little bitch running his mouth on the ravens post always has to come to the browns and say something. i think he is a closet browns fan who lives in baltimore and is afraid to wear a jersey because he is scared of all the low lifes in baltimore. i said it before and i will say it again i live in va and i will be willing to defend my home state of ohio by meeting ravensmuscle on 95 and beating his ass. or are you to much of a bitch to take your ass beating

These are just three little college bitches looking to get more than their poke is worth. All because their pimp agents are so damn greedy. Put them on the bench in training camp and watch how fast they sign.

Ravenmuscle aka Penismuscle may just barely smart enough to hold Art Modell’s dick while he takes whizz……just barely

  19. OLDCRACKER says: Jul 25, 2010 5:45 PM

rollli1967, is that because Modell is too old or too stupid to handle it himself? I can just see crowpenis hanging from Modell and his wheelchair like a pup on a teat!
