The New England Patriots have signed their first-round draft pick.
Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com reports that Devin McCourty and the Patriots have agreed to a five-year contract.
A cornerback from Rutgers taken 27th overall, McCourty is expected to be on the field today when the Patriots have their first full-squad training camp practice.
McCourty is the second first-round draft pick to come to terms this year, after Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant.
