So when they were saying that Andre would lead the league in pancakes, this is not exactly what I had in mind. That a guy who wasn’t even drafted in ’06 can be beating him out (apparenlty handily) for the starting RT job is all the statement you need about this kid. Thank God Roland has stepped up the way he has. Big heart trumps big stomach.

Folks who actually went to watch training camp say that Andre was working out on the side and they were working him hard. A 20 pound loss is not that big of a deal, and I really thought it was much worse from what PFT was reporting. He is expected to be ready for the start of the season, but has to compete for a starting job, which is fair. This is not nearly as bad as PFT (which we all know SHOULD stand for Pittsburgh Football Talk) is pretending.

It is nice to see a real fan who understands the game & the fact that unfortunately, every team in the NFL has its flaws & games need to be played before a winner is declared. Unfortunately, I hope you have a miserable time watching your team this season for the obvious reason of me being a Browns fan… lol
@WhoDeyTN – Is it worth bragging about the AFCN title when A) You get nothing for it & B) You lose to a 9-7 team that barely made it in? Also, if your only comment is “We know Smith is a fatty”. That fatty is supposed to protect your already petrified QB from taking another hit like he did a while back. If he can’t get rid of the ball because of a bad line then your solid WR corps look more like Jerome Simpson, Darrin Chivarini, & Rosanne Barr! Simply put, it is a problem, just like the ones going on in Baltimore & the ones in Pissburg!
