Cardinals reach agreement with Dan Williams

The Cardinals’ first-round draft pick is in the fold.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Arizona has officially reached an agreement with defensive tackle Dan Williams on a five-year deal.

The Cardinals reported to training camp Friday, and Williams has missed two practices so far, but he flew to Arizona and is expected to sign his contract and join the team today.

A 327-pounder from Tennessee, Williams was a three-year starter in college and is expected to start as a rookie in Arizona.
