Report: C.J. Spiller likely to sign with Bills today

Only two first-round draft picks remain unsigned. By the end of the day that number may be down to one.

John Clayton reported this morning on ESPN Radio that Bills first-round draft pick C.J. Spiller is likely to get his contract done today.

According to Clayton, the Bills and Spiller’s camp made a lot of progress on Thursday, and Spiller should be done negotiating and in camp by the end of the day.

The only other unsigned first-round pick is Russell Okung of the Seahawks.

I wouldn’t want to sign with the Bills either. They almost need to hold tryouts of big guys on the street in Buffalo to find suitable offensive linemen. That is, if they haven’t already done that and they are their current linemen.

Let’s hope he’s carrying EVERYONE’S equipment by the end of the day as well!

If it gets done, maybe the bills can finally trade Lynch for a OT.
They have an average Center, 2 2nd year players at OG (who I like, as long as 1 has recovered from an injury), and 2 slightly below average OTs.
any upgrade at OT at this point would be nice.

Who cares?!? Unless he can run the ball, throw the ball, catch the ball, block, and play defense. They are the worst team in the league and I’m surprised they still have a team

Well, it looks like a race between Kindle and Okung and I’m not sure who signs first.

you bills hater are pathetic. it’s the same old s**t talking over and over again. the bills suck, the bills will be drafting first, blah blah blah. cj is going to run wild.

Why you Bill fans have “ANY” positive motivation for this year is beyond me….they suck….BAD!!!

I love when the haters talk smack and never respond. Your all a bunch of losers. Stick to your crappy teams (bunch of p*ssies can’t even post YOUR teams). All of you KNOW NOTHING about the Bills, Buffalo, or the fans. We have the best fans in the NFL. What other teams do you know of that constantly sell out as bad as they are? What’s that? Oh yea. None. So quit the mediocre jokes we have heard 100x before – snow, Toronto, moving to LA., etc. and shut your stupid traps.
