Percy Harvin is back and could practice today

It’s official.

We’re told that Vikings receiver Percy Harvin has re-joined the team.  He could practice as soon as today.

So that’s one big-name member of the offense down, and one to go.

they need a lot more than that.

Yes. There was no way he would not play this season. Unless his endorsement for Excedrine Migraine didn’t get finalized…

Did Childress go over to his house and pick him up? I hear Vikings players get 1st class treatment all the way.

Still won’t be good enough to beat the Saints in September…Florio, where will you be when the championship banner is lowered?

  6. ejtowne says: Aug 16, 2010 12:19 PM

Yeah now if they could only get that last piece of the puzzle. It happens that the last piece of the puzzle is that awkward shaped one that looks as if it won’t fit in. You know the piece that gives you heartburn until it is in place. Then it gives you a heart attack!

Maybe the Viqueens should send one to Favre.

  13. SSgtLMJ says: Aug 16, 2010 1:12 PM

Keep thinking that Contra, whatever makes you feel better dude. In the past 4 seasons under Sean Payton and Drew Brees, the Saints have advanced to the title game twice and won a superbowl which is more than the Viqeens have done in over 20 years. Don’t expect that to change although if wishful thinking is all you have as a whiny ass Viqueen fan I guess that’s life.

Look at all the Packers fans getting uppity. One preseason game under the belt and they’re awful snotty, just like last year. Ooooooh. They’re also predicting, in bold statements, that we “Queenie Queens” will implode and the MIGHTY PACK will rise again to eternal dominance.
But, from all the zillion posts about the Holy Lambeau, the Ordained Packer Lineage, the Inevitable Green Bay Monarchy, they already have eternal dominance. Hell, Bobby has proclaimed Green Bay the finest sports franchise in all of worldwide sports, bar none. With all that going for them, you’d think these Packer fans would run their mouths a little less.
They sound defensive and unsure, if you ask me. Unless you define defensive as allowing F-ing Cleveland to hang points on them like that. But hey, it’s early. The Packer Dominion begins when it all counts. And the Queenie Queens lose. Everyone knows that the preseason, such as it is, is meaningless.
If Rogers goes down (on the field), wait to hear the anguish from the flattened asses of Holy Lambeau.

It doesn’t matter, as apparently the Vikes will never be able to overcome the vaunted juggernaut to the east and their QB that once again is the pre-season MVP stat leader.

Percy Harvin, hey how many times did he fumble in the NFCCG against the Saints last year?
Oh but it was the refs who gave the game to the Saints once they engineered it to go into overtime because of the hurricane that happened 5 years ago, right.

Bob Nelson posted the same thing on the startribune.com site.
    What a F#$%KING LOSER.
Its one thing to go on every Viking post on this site and spew your pathetic rants to make your discusting existence have purpose but to actually go on a teams local newspaper site and post about the Vikings makes him the biggest douchebag outside of Jimmy Smith in the entire Packer fanbase.
You two talk all the time about the ‘karma’ Viking fans and the organization deserve. Why don’t you look in the mirror and see how pathetic and childish you are. Constantly making outlandish BS statements about the Vikings and their moving plans to LA. Its amazing how low and idiotic a person can be.
As always, its a shame Packer fans have to associated with useless pieces of society like you. Vince Lombardi wouldn’t spare a thimble of his own urine to save you if you were on fire. Thats how pathetic you two are.
And, If Aaron Rodgers goes down and your team has to rely on Matt Flynn that will be the Karma that YOU deserve. F.U.
