Favre's website can't decide whether to stay online

The hamsters at Brett Favre’s official website are acting up.

Likely overwhelmed by traffic after Favre emailed to “stay tuned” to his website for an announcement on his future, OfficialBrettFavre.com appears to be offline at the only moment it would ever prove to be useful.

Perhaps Favre can “sell out” and have his website join the NBCSports.com family in response.

Would he have blog posts sponsored by Sprint, too?

Nah, Favre still has too much pride for that.

I really like Favre. He and OchoCinco are the only 2 non-hometown players that I follow… but even for a fan, annual Favre watch gets old. I hope this means the decision is made and the speculation can end!

I haven’t had trouble accessing his site, but they just switched to a streamlined homepage-only format while traffic is running high.

If he did “sell out” he would be guaranteed better writers and editors than Mr. 4g’s.
