The St. Louis Rams’ plan to start A.J. Feeley at quarterback and bring first overall draft pick Sam Bradford along slowly may have just hit a roadblock.
Feeley injured his right thumb in the first quarter of tonight’s preseason game when he was hit by Browns linebacker Chris Gocong. He stayed in the game and threw a touchdown pass, but he was then taken to the locker room.
Bradford came in after that and struggled: He almost threw an interception on his first pass and has completed just two of eight passes for six yards.

THAT’S why the Rams want to bring him along slowly.
and he looks this bad (really bad) against Cleveland’s D? ouch.
He plays for the Rams. There is no other way to bring him along. Bradford is gonna get killed behind that O-line that acts more like an old saloon door than an O-line.
he’s going to be a HUGE bust
Sam Bradford = Bust..
It’s preseason and Bradford’s a rookie. Even Joe Montana took some lumps in becoming a HoF QB.
It was pouring down rain that whole game, it’s going to be hard to have a great passing performance

*Most of the incompletions where drops and Jack was not in the game.

…and Montana sat for 3 yrs. Bradford is going to BUST by his first 3 yrs.
How can you say Bradford is going to be a bust by his 3rd year? You’re not even sure he’s going to start a game.
