X-rays negative for Jeremy Maclin

In the first half of Friday night’s game against the Bengals, Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin suffered a shoulder injury.

So far, the news is good.  X-rays were negative, per Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com.

Coach Andy Reid said after the game that Maclin should be fine.

    at least he’ll be okay. he has to be more aware on the field. he should do like d-jack and just throw himself on the ground before he can get hit. the issac bruce, torry holt and marshal faulk were the masters of this. no need to take a big hit, just throw yourself on the ground!
