We mentioned Friday evening that Maurice Jones-Drew’s agent debunked a report from NFP that claimed Jones-Drew underwent knee surgery. (Perhaps our former colleague Aaron Wilson was simply conducting a social experiment.)
On Monday, Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio double-debunked it.
“No,” Del Rio said. “No, has not happened, is not necessary. He’s working,
rehabbing, strengthening and gearing up for the regular season.”
Jones-Drew will sit out a second straight game of preseason action to rest his sore knee. He’s also expected to sit out practice with a lateral meniscus injury.

Don’t you rehab after a surgery?
Is this sorta like Farve’s strained vagina?
The way they run him if he isnt having surgery now it will surely be by the end of the year. He has been beating the injury odds the past two years now.
Pretty sure you can rehabilitate yourself without having surgery.
