Aqib Talib’s cab ride punch from a year ago proved to be quite costly.
Jay Glazer of FOX first reported that Talib will be suspended by the NFL one game for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.
We were going to call Glazer to make sure this wasn’t a social experiment, but the Bucs quickly confirmed the report by sending out a press release of their own.
The Bucs reveal that Talib will also be fined an additional game check. Talib will miss the team’s season opener against Cleveland in the “Hey, we have a good chance to be 1-0” Bowl.
