Josh Freeman probable for Sunday’s start

After practicing on a limited basis because of a thumb injury the last two days, Bucs quarterback Josh Freeman is ready to start the season opener against the Browns.

Freeman is listed as probable with a thumb injury; the Bucs should have their entire roster ready for a game that both Florio and I picked the underdog Browns.

For Cleveland, defensive tackle Shaun Rogers (ankle), linebacker Marcus Benard (shoulder), and guard Floyd Womack (knee) are all questionable for the game. Rookie guard Shawn Lauvao (ankle) is doubtful; linebacker D’Qwell Jackson (chest), and safety Nick Sorensen (head) are out.

It looks like Rogers has a good chance to play after missing all of training camp. He was limited in practice all week.
