Ummmm! Excuse me Visanthe, but if you check the record books you will see that the Packers HAVE been to the Super Bowl and actually WON it. Not once, but THREE times. And the ast time I checked, that was exactly three more times than the Vikings.

The Vikings are pretty close.
Once Jared Allen actually has an impact, and Brett Favre stops crapping himself in front of every blitz, and the “Williams Wall” stops getting humiliated, (LOL) and Childress earns back the locker room, and Peterson learns how to pick up a blitz, and Sidney Rice gets back w half the year over, and Berrian learns to run a route, and McKinnie doesnt need a f’n CART RIDE over a hurt finger (LOL), and you find another corner, and your coach understands what to do against a 3-man rush…
you guys should hopefully start “clicking”.

I’ll bet the Pack lives up to most of the pre-season hype, if for no nother reason that Aaron Rodgers is frigging good. Now excuse me while I go bang my head against my desk.
Then again, if the Pack fails to live up to the hype, as it has the past 2 years, I’ll be dancing on that same desk. However, I’ll still try to avoid rubbing it in like some of the regular 13 year old cheeser posters have today.

First off, I’m not one of your tween peers, no need to say “OMG”. Secondly, if you aren’t familiar with football, officiating (good or bad) can have a significant effect on games… if it didn’t, there would be no need for officials, correct? So, when the calls are piss-poor at best and the officials admit to it afterward (NFCCG) it makes fans of a franchise frustrated. The officials certainly aren’t the only ones to blame. Coaching and Play-Calling played a huge role in the Vikings loss… Not to mention the Saints playing well. My point is that this is now two games (back to back between these teams) that the officials have made ‘calls’ that helped the Saints…

Let us recap:
1)On a fair catch, the returner is not allowed to throw a block before the ball gets there anymore than the coverage team can make early contact. Should have been 15 yards closer to the endzone to start your TD drive.
2)What in the heck was with that false start penalty against Breese. That was ridiculous.
Every single offside or false start penalties were fine. They were legit. If you’re talking about the “catch”, sorry, but that was no catch. Last I checked, if the ball ricochets off your hands into your body and your hands don’t get under it before your body hits, it’s not physically possible to have your sternum make the catch. Not to mention, they called incomplete. There is absolutely no way that you can overturn that, period.
The simple fact is, both teams played particularly bad. Vikings fans should actually feel lucky. If Breese hadn’t missed on a long pass, had his receivers drop 3 more and they hadn’t missed 2 field goals, this could have been a pretty bad one. Instead of pointing at the officials, tell your QB to get to camp earlier so he can get on the same page with some of his receivers and then tell your coach to try running the ball when the Saints change gameplans and only come with 3 down lineman. That’s your teams fault, not the refs.
