Jets offense delayed (30+60 or) 90 minutes.
I wonder if that performance will hurt their Power Rankings.

Gotta tell you that I’m laughing my ass off at the fact that the stadium that will be hosting an outdoor Super Bowl in the dead of winter is hosting a game that’s being delayed BY RAIN.
Ok, so there’s a little T&L but they could have put a retractable dome on the damn thing. Come on, what’s a little lighting among friends.
BTW, a little story: most of you have never seen the opening game of the season, the College All-Star game. It had basically become a non-event because the NFL teams just took the rookies out back to the woodshed and beat them severely. The very last game was called off by lighting and heavy rain. After that game, there was never any call for continuing the fiasco (NFL 31 CAS 9 Ties 2) Ah, good times.

Nobody gets hit by lightning at a game!!
An extremely rare lightning strike at a stadium would hit the highest metal which would be one of the light towers.
This crap ruins things like
-wimpy NASCAR people who won’t drive in the rain (put the right tires on dummies) and wimpy baseball who refuses to play in rain and snow.
The NFL used to always take place regardless of the weather. This is baloney.
The economic impact of a delay is far more costly than the remote possibility of a lawsuit succeeding because of someone struck by lightning!!
Once again the BS East Coast media bias is going to screw West Coast fans once again.
They won’t broadcast the evening game until the
Monday afternoon game is over.
This sucks and there is no reason for it.

I have checked this site for news bits for some time…never feeling compelled to comment…until now.
What is it that is so appealing about signing off that way? You take something that was informative and turn it into an opportunity to offend people.
