Tuesday is supposed to be the quiet day of the NFL week, but this one has been action-packed and devastating for many of the injured players in the league.
Dolphins defensive end Jared Odrick, the team’s first-round pick, is expected to miss six weeks of action with a broken fibula, according to Jason La Canfora of NFL Network. (UPDATE: Two reporters, ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington of the Miami Herald, dispute this report. Schefter says Odrick will miss two weeks with a hairline fracture.)
Odrick started in Week One against the Bills and was one of many Dolphins defenders to smother the Bills offense on Sunday. With Philip Merling done for the season, what looked like a position of strength in Miami now looks a little bit thin.

Smother the Bills??? He had one tackle for loss and it was on a blown assignment. The guy is a classic “high-effort” guy, which means he lacks some talent. Injury or not, this guy will never be a world-beater. Injury is not that big of a deal. It just may take a little longer for the Dolphins to realize they dont have a solid player.
whyd ya do it charlie murphy?

Did he fall down some stairs? I didn’t see him get injured during the game. That sucks, he was looking pretty good. Maybe soliai starts at nose and starks at DE
