Beanie Wells looks unlikely to help Cardinals

We just banged out 15 things to know about the Week Two injury report.  Here’s No. 16, which seemed worthy of its own post.

Cardinals running back Beanie Wells looks unlikely to contribute this week because of his knee injury, according to Darren Urban of the team’s website.  Officially a game-time decision, Wells was very limited in practice Friday after his knee swelled up.  He didn’t practice fully all week.

Basically this is a long way of saying that my wife should keep Tim Hightower in her fantasy lineup this week.

    Don’t be sour Cardinal fans.
You were always shitty and now you go back to being shitty.
The few years of success were an anomaly and now it’s back to normal.

We didn’t need Beanie to win last week… we won’t need Beanie to win this week.
