We mentioned earlier in the week that Panthers quarterback Matt Moore was on track to start for the Carolina despite suffering a concussion in Week One.

Coach John Fox didn’t bother creating any drama with the decision, listing Moore as probable on the injury report. He will get the call against Tampa Bay, although some folks who follow the Panthers closely think Moore could already be on a short leash.

The Panthers passing attack has struggled since the start of the preseason. Moore appeared to be pressing last week against the Giants, making a host of mental errors while throwing three interceptions.
