Ginn, Rachal doubtful for 49ers

The 49ers will be without a pair of integral players when they try to pull an upset against New Orleans on Monday Night Football.

Starting guard Chilo Rachal was listed as doubtful for the game with a shoulder injury.  Ted Ginn is also doubtful, as expected.  Cornerback Phillip Adams (hamstring) will be a gametime decision.

With Ginn out, Dominique Zeigler will take over the No. 3 receiver role, according to Comcast Sportsnet Bay Area.  He could also return punts.  Kickoffs may be handled by receiver Josh Morgan and Delanie Walker.

For the Saints, running back Chris Ivory (knee), tackle Zach Strief (knee), and linebacker Anthony Waters (hamstring) are all out.
