Percy Harvin expected to play despite hip injury

Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin was limited in practice this week and is listed as questionable with a hip injury, but there’s good news for Harvin this morning.

NFL Network reports that Harvin was on the field warming up and looks like he’s ready to play.

Harvin has had it rough over the last couple of months, with migraines and illnesses keeping him out of training camp, and a scary incident in which he collapsed on the practice field and was hospitalized. In Week One he had just one catch for 12 yards.

The hip injury could have been another setback, but Harvin is apparently healthy enough to go.

Sorry to see this. Being a Packer fan I absolutely want to Vikings to lose, but I want them to be at full strength because injuries will just be used as an excuse.
