Bears-Cowboys one-liners

The Bears view their 27-20 victory as a statement win.

Bears receiver Devin Hester made one of the catches of the year in the second quarter, leaping in the corner of the end zone, reaching out with his right hand to grab the ball and then securing it with his left hand, all the while getting both feet down in bounds.

Bears QB Jay Cutler has a passer rating above 100 in four straight games, the first Bears quarterback to do that since Rudy Bukich in 1964.

Said Bears LB Brian Urlacher of CB D.J. Moore’s two-interception game, “D.J.'s so quick. He knows the system. The more he plays, the better he’ll get.”

Asked why he didn’t get much playing time, Bears WR Devin Aromashodu said, ''That’s not my decision. Whenever I’m called on, I have to be ready to go. That’s the main thing.”

The Cowboys squandered their first lead of the season with a series of blunders.

In Dallas the Cowboys are already being dismissed as overrated and overhyped.

Cowboys DE Marcus Spears was inserted as a goal-line tight end and missed his block.

Cowboys QB Tony Romo missed several key passes.

The Cowboys had five drives of 43 yards or more but scored only 13 points on those five drives.
