Bucs-Panthers one-liners

After catching four passes for 83 yards in the Bucs’ 20-7 win Sunday, TE Kellen Winslow downplayed the pain in his oft-surgically repaired knee that kept him out of practice all last week.
Through two games, Bucs RB Cadillac Williams is averaging just 2.57 yards per carry.

The Bucs started Sunday’s game in a three-receiver set, with Micheal Spurlock and Sammie Stroughter opposite rookie Mike Williams.

Bucs offensive coordinator Greg Olson says he wants to get Stroughter more involved after he went catch-less against Carolina.
The Panthers started rookie WR David Gettis over veteran WR Dwayne Jarrett in Week Two.
Panthers WR Steve Smith underwent X-rays on his wrist after the game, but they came back negative.
Smith has scored a touchdown in five straight games, tying a Panthers franchise record.
Panthers coach John Fox already looks like a “tired and beaten lame duck” after two games.

Not just a precious win after an insufferable season last year, but a solid beating of a hated rival in their house. Who doesn’t think Carolina’s season just ended? Fox put in the rookie and called his realtor a minute later.
Not just a win, but a game played without ever looking inept. We are talking progress here. Probably not playoff bound, but the Steelers are going to have all they can handle Sunday. Freeman is wise beyond his years and nimble far beyond his mass.

I assume anybody could have done the Bucs one-liners… but I find it interesting that Florio and Rosenthal didn’t do them and Mr. Silva made a token appearance for them. I suppose those two knowledge and foresight deprived dolts don’t want to get within a 1000 miles of saying they were dead wrong about the Bucs so early in the season.
I have stated before and I’ll state again, there is no earthly way the Bucs lose 10 games or more this season.

Who would misspell their own kid’s name like that? MICHEAL????? The parents’ sutpidity really will make “Micheal” look stupid too, unless he changes his name to the correct spelling.
