Jags haven’t brought in a QB to challenge Garrard since… well since Del Rio hitched his job to Garrard prior to the 2007 season.
They haven’t found any QB worth drafting in any round since 2003.
Maybe Cleo Lemon will take another $2.5M for 1 more season.
