You are right on in your firs comment and your second one is the best on the board! I’m a Jets fan but I’m partying with you!
As to those that question both sanchez and henne, you have to be kidding. That was a big game, both Qbs took their teams down the field at key times. And, until the last play, none turned the ball over…that’s how you win. Both these teams will be in the playoffs this year and the rivalry is definitely on!
I think Jets have the edge right now, and, like Collinsworth said after, Miami probably doesn’t make some of the passes they completed if Revis is out there. But, that game served notice that New England may be getting passed by TWO teams this year and in years to come.
I fully expect Miami to beat them next week.
It’s going to be a great race that will probably come down to the Jets-Dolphins game in NY.

Congrats, Jets fans. Pains me to say it. It was a very entertaining game. Both teams looked really good. Miami used the wildcat too much, though, and made it harder then it needed to be.
Definitely looking forward to the next game and the ridiculous trash talk.
As for the espanol…not really a big deal at all.

rayray1284 – man the dolphin fans have been on here hyping that game up so hard, oh we’re gonna win the jets suck blablabla, i’ve been hearing it all offseason. the jets came in to the dolphins’ house and won, end of story. if you even want to bring up last year, it was a close game down in miami, and in NY, the jets dominated on offense and defense, it was because of ted ginn jr. on special teams that you guys won that game, and he’s not even on the team anymore. further, our defense WILL be better when Revis and Pace are back. brandon marshall will not have the game he had last night when he’s on Revis Island. and Holmes is a part of the team, whether or not he’s played in a regular season game doesn’t mean anything. he adds another dimension to the Jets offense no matter how you look at it.

Big surprise to see the “wait until you play…” comments. Three weeks of hearing it and the only loss was by one point to a mirror image team. Even the real “experts” predicted the Jets to go 1-3 or 2-2 in the first four and still only lose 4 or 5 for the season.

that was a nice win, but it’s a long season.
some of my fellow Jets fans should “man up” themselves and give Miami a little credit too…good game all around, Henne looks like the real deal and Miami has a playoff caliber team, but you need a second CB.
If Revis comes back healthy Jets will be tough to stop because that defense will take it to another level.

Great game. Both offenses played better than expected. The QBs both played well although Henne stared down every receiver from pre-snap. As the game progressed I was expecting him to throw a pick. The teams seem evenly matched. Gonna be an interesting year in the AFCE. Congrats Jets fans on a great win.

Jets are going to easily win that division. Neither the Pats or the Dolphins are on the same level. I know their fans arent going to admit that, but its obvious anyway. Theyre also without some of their best players too. When they get them all back and healthy, this is a team poised for a Super Bowl run.
Id have to say im surprised with Sanchez. I thought he had bust written all over him going into the season. He has that laid back mentality and some bone head decision making tendencies. But him playing this well makes them a serious threat. Patriots have no defense, its the Jets division to lose

Its a beautiful things to see a Jets post without any dolphins on because they are to busy eating the egg off their faces. Bottom line we control the AFC East, and when Santonio Holmes, D. Revis, and Pace comes back it’s going to be serious.
@Paytonc7- Mark Sanchez has 6 touchdowns in two games with no picks with a QB rating over 100. Your right thats not good football , its actually amazing football for a sophmore QB. This guy is in his second year numbnuts he can’t possibly play better football considering. If you say other wise your just hating
