Seneca Wallace to start against Bengals

Jake Delhomme (ankle) is listed as the Browns’ third quarterback for Sunday’s game against Cincinnati.  Seneca Wallace will make a third consecutive start.

DE Carlos Dunlap
CB Pacman Jones and RB Cedric Benson were both listed on the injury report, but will play.  DE Antwan Odom is in the starting lineup.
