Just got off the phone with a dude that is crying his eyes out that Fayre will be going Home for good. The dude told me he has been banging Favre’s Old Lady for years and is now afraid his daily routine will be upset.

Fayre is one of the only guys in his type of position that has to beg for attention from the Ladies. What many of these dudes find out is that once the game id gone they are just another jerk to many. Lets face it half of these guys could not get laid with a stick.

Yes, I know Vikes whine a lot when they lose. But if you’re a Pack fan, you’ve got some creepy guys in your fanbase, too. I have good friends on PFT who are Pack guys and Vikes guys, so I try not to take sides, but have always liked Brett (not this sexting stuff, though).

While you were playing on the Smoking Gun, I was reading all the police reports and witness statements–not just the couple those of the accuser and her two cohorts, which were the only statements publicized in the mainstream media. They were quite inflammatory, but the remaining evidence showed them to be untrue.
Her pin read DTF but she told the entire group that her pin meant she was “Down to F***”.
You have conveniently forgotten that no charges were filed, no arrest was made, and the prosecutor said he did not even have enough for probable cause–which is the reasonable assumption that a crime occurred. If those statements had been true and any corroborating evidence had existed, they certainly would have had probable cause. But the medical evidence and remaining witness evidence refuted the woman’s comments and those of her friends.
You can continue throwing juvenile tantrums and calling me vile names, but it won’t change the facts of the case or the REALITY that the authorities found EXACTLY as I’ve described.
And little boy, it may come as a blow to your HUGE overblown ego, but you do not speak for “everyone” on this site. And when people have to resort to “everyone is sick of you,” it’s because their arguments have no validity.
You were ill to begin with. You need meds and therapy. Getting so caught up in your hatred of a football team that you’d distort the facts of a legal case and screech filthy names at a stranger is disturbed and disturbing.

She told him in front of numerous witnesses that she was “Down to F***.” She tried all evening to get him to come back to her place. The DA said she engaged him in graphic sexual banter. She did everything but stand on a table, strip, and scream “Take me now!” For you to paint that woman as a victim is insulting to real rape victims.
What’s sickening is that someone would ignore the authorities and evidence and keep posting lies and slander just because he hates a football team.

The medical evaluation reported slight vaginal bruising and a small bleeding scratch. The doctor would not attribute those to any kind of sexual assault because those injuries are also consistent with consensual sex, digital sex, and masturbation. The scratch could have occurred when she was wiping–particularly given her state of intoxication.
The exam DID NOT find ANY semen, seminal fluid, sweat, saliva, tissue, pubic hair, or lubricant from a condom. It is IMPOSSIBLE for two people to have intercourse and leave behind no trace of these substances. One rapist videoed himself carefully applying a condom and raping an unconscious partner. Despite the care he took in applying the condom and the lack of struggle, there was STILL enough seminal fluid present to provide an identity match in DNA testing. Yet in this case, there was NONE.
DNA is genetic material found IN semen, not semen itself. The DNA to which you’re referring was a sample so small it could not be amplified for genetic testing even though the lab used PCR testing, the most advanced method available for amplifying small and degraded samples. All that would have been necessary to identify an assailant using PCR testing was a pindrop of semen. Not even a pindrop was found. The tiny amount of DNA found was too small and degraded for identity testing, leading to the conclusion that it must have been left from an earlier encounter. Asked whether she’d had sex with anyone else that day, the DA said he could not answer because it would violate her privacy. He also said:
“The crime of rape has three elements: sexual intercourse, which requires penetration, forcibly, and against her will. I’ve got a problem proving all three of those.”
He could not prove penetration OR that anything was forced or against her will. That’s probably why he said he hoped she’d learned her lesson–which is NOT something seasoned prosecutors say when they believe a rapist is getting off for lack of evidence.

This is why I am very skeptical of this couple’s story and so should the NFL. Anyone who goes thru sexual harassment avoidence training for their work understands the all encompassing nature of sexual harassment in the workplace; so how in the world could a lawyer not know this?
Of course if this couple didn’t know the law and didn’t speak to an attorney and were making things up, they might make such an inaccurate claim.
Why would someone, anyone, with this kind of juicy information wait for more than a year to divulge it? Especially if they were so offended by it in the first place?
Not claiming Favre is a saint here, just that these people sound more like opportunists looking for a money grab.

I went to the first door I saw, which happened to be a bathroom. He followed me into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. I still said, ‘No, this is not OK.’ And he then had sex with me.
